For over 18 years, Chris and Wayne have built their reputation by catering some of the largest fundraisers in Los Angeles such as the Elton John Aids Foundation Gala dinner for the last ten years on Oscar night, private and fundraising events for Fortune 500 companies, and exclusive events for numerous “A-List” celebrities.

Chef Wayne Elias – Founder

Chef Wayne Elias has owned Rockwell Table and Stage Restaurants for the past 8 years. Prior to this he owned Marks Restaurant on La Cienega Blvd for 15 years. He also owns Crumble Catering Company which provided Food Service and Catering for the NBC Studio Burbank Commissary and the Deluxe Labs Studio Lot Commissary.


This year after a $70million renovation at The John Anson Ford Theater for the LA County Performing Arts Commission, Crumble Catering was awarded the Contract for running all food, beverages and catering. They had the contract for 14 years prior as well. This year the JFT will open a new Patio Café with a brand new state of the art kitchen and bar. Seating for 150.


Wayne has been providing creative food and seasonal food for over 14 years for the Elton John Aids Foundation Oscar Party as well as events and premieres for such studios as Warner Brothers, Disney, Universal, Summitt Films, Lions Gate.


He studied at the Rhode Island School of Design in the Culinary School and had traveled the world and learned many different styles of cuisine and tastes.


Wayne and his business partner Chris Diamond are very active in donating to all the organizations they can and making a commitment to help with being Green and conscientious about earth and Mother Nature.

Chris Diamond  – President Owner Operator

Chris Diamond is co-owner of Crumble Inc., founded in 2000, and has also been co-owner of Diamond & Elias Restaurants, including Mark’s Restaurant in Los Angeles, since 1995. In June of 2009 he partnered with Elias in purchasing Rockwell Table & Stage. Together with Elias they have almost doubled the sales of the restaurant even in this economy. With his hands-on daily involvement, Chris has been highly instrumental in the tremendous growth of both businesses cited above.


As a thirty year veteran in the restaurant industry, Chris is an expert in all areas of operations and financial management.  Before partnering with Elias in Crumble Inc. and Mark’s Restaurant, Chris was Director of New Store Development for the Acapulco restaurant chain where he further honed his skills in the nuts and bolts of restaurant operations. During his tenure at Acapulco, he handled the opening of three new restaurants all of which were immediately successful and profitable.


Prior to Acapulco, Chris spent six years as the General Manager of the wildly successful landmark restaurant, The Warehouse in Marina del Rey, California which, under his tenure, had annual sales of 4.7 million dollars. While at The Warehouse, Chris was in charge of all aspects of staff management, purchasing, cost & inventory control, group & banquet sales, menu planning, food production, budgeting, and bar & entertainment management.


Chris has a hands-on management style and is extraordinarily detail oriented. His extensive restaurant experience, people skills, and talent at bringing in new business have all been significant factors in the outstanding growth and profitability of both Crumble Inc. and Diamond and Elias Restaurants Inc. over the past several years.
